Refund and Returns Policy

We truly want you to enjoy every item you purchase from us. Each product is carefully selected and packaged with attention to detail so it reaches you in excellent condition, no matter where in the world you are. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned — and that’s okay. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your package. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Items that show signs of use, damage, or that are returned without their original packaging may unfortunately not qualify for a refund. Please make sure to keep your order confirmation email or receipt, as we will need it to process any return request.

If you would like to return an item, simply contact us by email at info@luxebloom.today with your order number and a brief explanation of why you’d like to return the product. Our customer support team will guide you through the next steps and provide you with return instructions. Please be aware that unless the item arrived damaged or we sent you the wrong product, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure your return safely reaches us, as we cannot issue refunds for items we do not receive.

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to make sure it meets our return conditions. If everything checks out, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method. This usually takes between 5 and 10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider. If you don’t see the refund after this period, we recommend contacting your bank or credit card company directly, as there may be delays on their end. And of course, if you still don’t receive your refund, you can always reach out to us and we’ll do everything we can to help resolve the issue.

In cases where an item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we kindly ask that you contact us within 3 days of delivery. Please include clear photos of the item and its packaging so we can assess the situation and offer you a suitable solution — whether that’s a full refund, a free replacement, or store credit. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we always strive to resolve issues as quickly and fairly as possible.

Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned. This includes personalized or custom-made items, gift cards, final sale products, and any perishable or fragile goods that cannot be safely shipped back. We accept returns and refund requests from international customers as well. However, please be aware that international return shipping costs and any customs duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a damaged product.
